Terms and Conditions of Cheryl’s Company

The terms and conditions contained in this document (Terms of Service) form apply in addition to and must be read with the customer authorization form (Customer Authorization Form). The Terms of Service apply each time the customer (Customer) submits a request for services through using a Customer Authorization Form, as provided on the website located at URL (Site). This business website works under Cheryl’s Company and uses trading as Cheryl’s Company to provide services. Before proceeding, Customer’s must be aware that although Cheryl’s Company approaches all Services with care and diligence, there remain several risks.


Offers/prices on our website/online/local search engines/social media are subject to change any time without prior intimation/notice. Offers are not in conjunction with any other promotions.

Booking Process

By booking an appointment through our website, WhatsApp, Social media or over the phone, you warrant that you agree to provide complete, correct and true information. The contract between you and the Beauty technician will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation. You will be able to view the Beauty technician by going into your upcoming appointments and viewing which technician has been assigned to you to do your appointment. Please note Cheryl’s Company reserves the right to send you more than one technician to complete your order; as each technician is specialized in set services. 

You agree that you will not seek to book any Services from any said Beauty Professionals other than via our Website or what’s an app for the duration of this agreement and in the 3 months after the termination of this agreement. Our professional will get in touch with you an hour before the service.  Professional will come to your home- She asked for a place where set her setup. She will have a short consultation session with you regarding your skin. She will bring all the tools and kits by herself. 

Booking Time

We highly recommend that get an appointment one day before.  But can book your service two to three hours in advance


We are currently operating on a cash-based, Online Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa.

Travel Charges

Yes, Travel charges must apply according to the area.

Refund policy

All commissions payable to Cheryl’s Company by Service Professionals on consummated transactions, i.e. exchange of services for consideration, are final and non-refundable. All money paid by Service Professionals in form of “Voucher” are non-interest bearing and shall be refunded to the Service Professionals if they remain un-utilized for a period greater than 364 days only. Such amounts shall not be refunded before that. If poor customer service or inappropriate behaviour with customers results in the professional being de-listed from Cheryl’s platform, then all vouchers (purchased or promotional) will have to forfeit, and there will be no refund made in such a case.

User Requirements and Conduct

The Service is not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not authorize third parties to use your contact details, and you may not allow persons under the age of 18 to receive services from Third Party Providers unless they are accompanied by you. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your booking to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when accessing or using the Services, and you may only access or use the Services for lawful purposes. You will not, in your use of the Services, cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the Third Party Provider or any other party. In certain instances, you may be asked to provide proof of identity or another method of identity verification to access or use the Services, and you agree that you may be denied access to or use of the Services if you refuse to provide proof of identity or another method of identity verification.

No Discrimination

Cheryl’s Company prohibits discrimination against Third-Party Providers based on race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic that may be protected under applicable law. Such discrimination includes, but is not limited to, any refusal to accept services based on any of these characteristics. If it is found that you have violated this prohibition you will lose access to Cheryl’s Company platform. Applicable laws in certain jurisdictions may require and/or allow the provision of services by and for the benefit of a specific category of persons. In such jurisdictions, services provided in compliance with these laws and the relevant applicable terms are permissible.

Limitation of liability

If you are acquiring the services as a consumer, Cheryl’s Company's liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to: in the case of services supplied to you as part of the services under this agreement, the supply of the relevant services again, or the payment of the cost of resupplying the services.

Cheryl’s Company's liability to you for a breach of any condition, warranty or term of this agreement that is not a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited in the following way: Cheryl’s Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services, even if Cheryl’s Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cheryl’s Company shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of: (i) your use of or reliance on the services or your inability to access or use the services; or (ii) any transaction or relationship between you and any third-party provider, even if Cheryl’s Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cheryl’s Company shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond Cheryl’s Company’s reasonable control. In no event shall Cheryl’s Company’s total liability to you in connection with the services for all damages, losses and causes of action exceed rupees then thousand (PKR 5,000).

Cheryl’s Company’s services may be used by you to request and schedule home-based services with third-party providers, but you agree that Cheryl’s Company has no responsibility or liability to you related to any home-based services provided to you by third-party providers other than as expressly outlined in these terms. Cheryl’s Company will maintain a complaints management framework and will manage this framework on behalf of third-party providers, in a reasonable way and following the non-excludable requirements of the relevant consumer law legislation.

Complaints & Feedback

For complaints and feedback, the client can rate the beauty technician on her service by going on to WhatsApp. The customer care team will follow up with the client for further details and discounts.

Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos and service marks (‘intellectual property’) displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Cheryl’s Company. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.

Ownership Of Rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website and on social media are owned by or licensed to Cheryl’s Company.  this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
